We acknowledge the 17 global goals for sustainability established by United Nation Organization according to 2030 agenda for sustainable development. For us, INNOVA Project Consulting, is a responsibility to ensure the highest level of education and training for the new generations so that they can face the future challenges. Investing in our children we will obtain an added value for the entire community.
To implement our sustainability objectives we have established the INNOVA association - Asociatia INNOVA pentru Inovare prin Dezvoltare Durabila - that promotes this concept among young people. Starting with 2014, we are involved in a complex process of encouraging the integration of new technologies in the learning and teaching techniques at junior high level from five European countries: Romania, Italy, Poland, Lithuania and Portugal.
Fostering a new generation of social entrepreneurs. A better correlation of the education system with the labor market implies also the involvement of the companies in the preparation of young people. Thus, in 2015 we have established a new challenge to teach 600 students about managing a virtual company and how this company can have a better impact on the community.
